What I have to do?

Hi readers, I'm here again to talk a little bit about dreams, as everyone knows, my dream is going to live in New York, to move there and settle down.
Few days ago I was explaining to my housemate how can she find a job as aupair, and how I try to find it, and we were looking families in USA, and we saw a family in New York who is looking for an aupair to start in September or October, we was so exicited about it, because the famil is half italian half russian. We start to talk about this, how could have to be, being and aupair in USA, in the Big Apple.
I was thinking about sending a message to the family, to ask if I could be good for them as aupair. So after one day thinking about it a send that message, to ask information, and the reply the same night, positively, they explain a little bit more about the job and their lifestyle.
So now I am very confused.
What I have to do? I have to accept the job or not?
If I accept the job I have to start to look for the Working Holiday VISA or the Student VISA and looking also for some school that I could attend when I will be there.
But also I can stay here il London more than one year and after move to NY with my housemate.
Really, I don't know what I have to do, it is so strange...
I have to think more about it, because if I accept the job I will move to NY in September and I can stay here in London till August saving money to go to NY, because actually I don't have all that money that I will need.
